President Ruto made the remarks during a press briefing at State House, Nairobi, following bilateral talks with Guinea-Bissau President Umaro Sissoco Embaló, who is on a State Visit to Kenya.
Last April, President Ruto held a three-day state visit to Guinea Bissau. Strengthening bilateral talks and initiating direct flights between the two countries will also feature in the talks.
