The "No Kings" protest is taking place in cities across the country in response to Trump's military parade in Washington, D.C.

Thousands of 'No Kings Day' protests are expected to take place across the nation Saturday, with the 'flagship' protest planned for Philadelphia.

In a city known as the cradle of American democracy, an impassioned, hourslong protest filled the streets for a 'No Kings Nationwide Day of Defiance.'

Demonstrators will march in Philly just days after Trump's controversial move to send troops to Los Angeles in response to protests against ICE.

Demonstrators crowded Center City Philadelphia on Saturday for one of the thousands of 'No Kings' protests and marches throughout the country.

The largest "No Kings" protest on June 14 is expected to take place in Philadelphia as a nod to the country's history and to avoid accusations that protesters are opposing the Army parade in the nation's capital, organizers have said.

Marchers have set out from Love Park in central Philadelphia for what is expected to be today’s largest No Kings protest. Organizers expect around 100,000 people. The crowd seems peaceful—even cheerful—in spite of a stubborn drizzle.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement is also planning to send teams to other Democrat-run cities ahead of the upcoming "No Kings" protests.
