The University of Oklahoma has released a statement after a fan was caught throwing a beverage can at the University of Kentucky men’s basketball team Wednesday night.

On Thursday, the OU athletics department said it's investigating an incident that occurred Wednesday night following the Sooners men’s basketball team’s loss to No. 17 Kentucky.
