Jofra Archer collapsed onto the Lord’s grass. He was too exhausted to join his team-mates just yet. Fielding at deep midwicket, Archer was 70 yards away from Shoaib Bashir when he claimed the final wicket of this classic Test match.

Jofra Archer will not play 100 Tests. His body won’t allow it and we know this. As such, for the rare times where it comes together, when he is able to be on the pitch and spear-heading England to one of their most famous Test victories in recent years, it is important to enjoy it.
