With the No. 94 pick in the 2025 NFL draft, the Cleveland Browns got a quarterback by taking Dillon Gabriel from Oregon. Gabriel stands at 5-foot-11 and started 63 games over the course of six seasons at UCF,

Not only was Cleveland's call on Gabriel a comment on Sanders, it was also indicative of how the Browns feel about Deshaun Watson. Watson still has two years remaining on his $230 million contract and continues to rehabilitate a twice-torn Achilles tendon, which could sideline him for part, or all, of the 2025 campaign.

The Browns held true to their word to not force a quarterback pick, right up until it seems like they forced a pick with Dillon Gabriel.
