BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Buffalo Common Council approved Acting Mayor ChrisScanlon’s $110 million capital budget Tuesday, which marks the largest capital investment in the city’s history.
According to a lease agreement filed by the City of Buffalo on Monday, Acting Mayor ChrisScanlon is looking to use the former grocery store as a temporary police station for up to one year.
