Star Wars is forever bringing back elements of the prior Extended Universe and Andor Season 2 is doing its bit by featuring a ship from a 1994 video game. Total Film spotted protagonist Cassian Andor stealing a TIE Avenger ship in the brief snippet of footage released in the Disney+ Coming in 2025 trailer.

Another new showreel of Disney Plus’s upcoming shows has appeared, and alongside new glimpses of Daredevil, Ironheart and Alien: Earth, the first ever footage of Andor season 2 can be seen.

This morning Disney teased its slate of streaming shows coming to Disney+ and Hulu next year, which means, at long last–after closed-door teases and behind-the-scenes snippets –we finally have our first proper look at the return of Andor in the seminal Star Wars show’s second season.

Andor season 2 is bringing back a ship that was first introduced in a video game released all the way back in 1994.
