Yamaha YZF-R1 and YZF-R1M have been unveiled in International markets. The superbike has received a few yet notable changes, both visually and mechanically.

Yamaha has officially unveiled updated versions of its flagship supersport models, the YZF-R1 and R1M, for global markets, introducing a range of significant updates both visually and mechanically. Both models get Brembo Stylema calipers and a Brembo master cylinder New carbon fibre winglets,

Yamaha YZF-R1 and R1M boast new carbon-fibre winglets for enhanced downforce and stability. Both models include upgraded suspension, Brembo brakes, and a powerful 998 cc engine.

Yamaha's R1 and R1M have been all over the news this past year and not always for reasons that made us happy. In fact, at times, it was borderline confusing. The company discontinued the road-going version in Europe: sad.

The n 2025 Yamaha YZF-R1 will be available in Team Yamaha Blue or Matte Raven Black and will begin arriving to dealers in November for $18,999 MSRP. The Yamaha YZF-R1M will be available in Carbon Fiber and will begin arriving to dealers in March for $27,699 MSRP.

The updated Yamaha R1 unveiled this week will be used for the rest of the 2024 WorldSBK season. The updated Yamaha R1 that was revealed earlier this week in production form will be used for the remainder of the 2024 WorldSBK season.
