Defense attorneys for accused University of Idaho quadruple murder suspect Bryan Kohberger lost their bid to exclude DNA evidence.

The defense sought to exclude various pieces of evidence, including what was seized from the defendant’s car, apartment, digital accounts and during his arrest.
