The Small Business Administration (SBA) is freezing loan payments to nearly 7,000 Minnesota borrowers over suspected fraud. The SBA administrator said nearly 7,000 borrowers are suspended after being approved for “Paycheck Protection and Economic Injury Disaster Loans” worth roughly $400 million.
