In a successful undercover operation, the Oshkosh Police Department rescued a female victim of human trafficking and arrested a suspect linked to trafficking activities across multiple states. According to a Facebook post from the Oshkosh Police Department,

On Friday, police discovered that a woman who was a victim of human trafficking was staying at a local hotel with a male subject.

A man was forcing a female to participate in activities against her will for several months, "during which she lived in fear of the suspect," Oshkosh police say.
