PM Modi will be in the United States to meet President Trump on February 13; as per a report, a meeting between Elon Musk and PM Modi is on the cards.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to pay a two-day visit to the US from February 12 to hold talks with US President Donald Trump on a range of issues including trade and defence, people familiar with the matter said on Monday.

After attending the AI Summit in Paris on February 11-12, PM Narendra Modi will meet US President Donald Trump. PM Modi will travel to the US for a bilateral visit. Meanwhile, it is also expected that PM Modi will also meet Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi might meet with Tesla Inc. TSLA CEO Elon Musk during the former’s visit to the U.S. later this month, Indian local media reported on Wednesday.

Given the bolder approach from Trump this time around regarding tariffs, India has already taken various steps to avoid trade wars and will look to this meeting to ease any tensions on that front.

Tesla CEO and Trump administration advisor Elon Musk will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to the US next week, CNBC-TV18 has reported. Musk will meet Modi on February 13 along with a select group of CEOs.

Musk may also seek early regulatory approval to begin operations for Starlink, his satellite internet venture, in India.

Musk, who is now the head of the US Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), may push Modi for a level-playing field for Tesla in India.

The two leaders share cordial relations but experts say US's concerns over tariffs, illegal immigration might strain bilateral ties.

President Trump has invited Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the White House next week for a working visit, a White House official confirmed to The Hill. Modi will travel to Washington D.C. for a two-day visit.
