The Baltimore Orioles say right-hander Tomoyuki Sugano left his major league debut against the Toronto Blue Jays after four innings because of cramping.

A 12-year veteran of Nippon Professional Baseball, Tomoyuki Sugano has a ton of pitching experience. The 35-year-old Japanese right-hander made 281 appearances for the Yomiuri Giants and played on plenty of big stages,
