The man Utah police describe as an innocent bystander slain after gunfire broke out at a No Kings rally yesterday in Salt Lake City has been identified as Arthur Folasa Ah Loo, a contestant on Project Runway in 2019.

Arthur Folasa, who gained fame as "Afa" Ah Loo during season 17 of Project Runway, has been identified as the victim who was fatally shot over the weekend during a "No Kings Protest" in Salt Lake City, UT. He was 39.

Arthur Folasa Ah Loo was a beloved figure, known for his fashion designs that brought him acclaim on national television and the wedding and prom dresses he created for those in the Beehive State.
