After a historic night in the Oklahoma Sooners win over Tennessee, kicker Tate Sandell earned SEC Special Teams Player of the Week.

R Mason Thomas returned a fumble for a 71-yard touchdown in the first quarter of the OU football game at Tennessee. The fumble recovery was the longest in school history.

Fitting that the winning score was 33. Three was the magic number in OU’s 33-27 win at Tennessee.
