NORTH CAROLINA, USA — In 39 counties in North Carolina, residents can now apply for a temporary job program. The program will allow people to work on recovery efforts in areas impacted by Hurricane Helene, including much of western North Carolina. Residents will have an opportunity to provide humanitarian assistance, too.
