LaMar Cook was charged with cocaine trafficking after investigators intercepted packages of the drug bound for a Massachusetts state office where he worked.

A bill that could head to Maura Healey’s desk would mandate that reports on spending within Massachusetts’ emergency shelter system be published regularly to the public, but there’s no indication
