During President Donald Trump’s address to Congress tonight, the Speaker of the House called on the Sergeant at Arms to restore order after Democratic lawmakers jeered the president’s early remarks about his election victory. House Speaker Mike Johnson directed the officer to “uphold and maintain decorum in the House.”

The Republican-controlled U.S. House of Representatives kicked off a process on Wednesday that could lead lawmakers to censure Democrat Al Green, who was kicked out of the chamber after yelling at President Donald Trump during an address.

Congressman Al Green, a Texas Democrat, was escorted out of Trump’s joint address. He is a critic of the president, led the call for his impeachment.

A spokesperson for Democratic U.S. Rep. Sylvester Turner of Texas says he has died just two months after taking office and hours after attending President Donald Trump's address before Congress

Turner was seen in the Capitol hallways on the day he died and had posted on social media ahead of President Trump’s address to the nation.
