YouTube TV customers are furious with the ongoing dispute involving the streaming platform and Disney, and every passing day continues to do both parties a tremendous disservice during one of the busiest sports periods of the year.

On November 2, YouTube said on X (the former Twitter) that it will give subscribers a $20 credit if Disney content remains unavailable “for an extended period of time.” Google's pay TV platform added that it continues to negotiate with Disney and that subscribers should receive an email with more details in the coming days.

The email further notes that Disney can always live-stream election coverage on the ABC News YouTube page — all for free and without restrictions.

Google declined a request from Disney to allow ABC back on YouTube TV for election coverage as the two giants are negotiating streaming rights.
