Darius Garland scored 13 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers’ comeback from 23 points down for a 108-102 victory over the New York Knicks, who finished 0-8 against the top two teams in the Eastern Conference.

After resting Thursday against Indiana, Garland will likely return to action Friday. Over his last 10 appearances, Garland has averaged 18.0 points, 6.5 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 31.9 minutes per game.
