After winning the ACC regular season title and the ACC Tournament, No. 1 seed Duke is headed to the Elite Eight for the second consecutive season. During this time, Cooper Flagg has cemented himself as one of the best freshmen in college basketball history, a fact which has been clearly highlighted during the NCAA Tournament.

For the first time since multiple teams from the same conference could even enter the NCAA tournament, the ACC failed to get two into the second round. Time for some soul-searching.

The No. 1 seed Duke Blue Devils remain the only ACC team still alive in the tournament. According to ESPN, this year marks the first time since the NCAA started allowing multiple teams from each conference into the big dance in 1975 that the ACC has one or fewer teams alive in the round of 32.
