The media predicts that the Texas Longhorns will win the Southeastern Conference in 2025. The Georgia Bulldogs are predicted to finish second and fall to the Longhorns in the SEC championship for a second straight season. Texas received 96 votes to be SEC champions while Georgia received 44 votes, which is second-most in the conference.

Clemson, the reigning ACC champion, received 167 of a possible 183 first-place votes (91%). Miami (seven first-place votes) was picked to finish second in the ACC, and SMU (two first-place votes) was picked to finish third.

The Virginia Cavaliers kicked off training camp on Wednesday, but the news of the day came off the field as the ’Hoos were predicted to finish just 14 th in the ACC Preseason Media Poll.
