A federal judge has blocked the deportation of the family of Mohamed Soliman, the suspect in Sunday's Boulder, Colorado, attack, according to court records.

According to the FBI Denver Office on Wednesday morning, those victims range in age from 25 to 88 years old. Officials said a dog has also been identified as a victim of the attack.
