Hi schwier1, not a snorkeller myself but did see some local guys with snorkelling gear around the rocks on the left hand side of the sandy beach to the left. You have to walk 2 mins though the lock-ups and past the cemetary (low breezeblock wall) were there is a rocky cove. There is a narrow track just wide enough for vehicle. Hope that helps.
