Tros is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ryn, within Giżycko County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres east of Ryn, 13 km south-west of Giżycko, and 77 km east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
