Hi Emma, The best way to find out if there are school groups planned for the day is to call the office before you come. As for my previous comment being unprofessional, you're probably right, but sometimes, responding to negative reviews is very hard to do and to be honest, it wears you out. I'm happy to respond to and actually appreciate constructive reviews and suggestions and there isn't a time when we haven't acted on them, but what that lady wrote was not constructive, it wasn't in the slightest bit nice or respectful and quite frankly it was ridiculous. I'm sure the professional thing is to smile and be polite, but on that day, I had had enough. The reality is that 99% of people that come here have a great day and we love being able to share the property with our guests. The 1% of people who think that it's reasonable to expect entry to be free are not the kind of people we want here if for no other reason than if they weren't complaining about having to pay, they would probably be complaining about something else. All of that being said, I do appreciate the advice about the signage and will make a point of putting some signs in the car park and by the front door. Kind regards, Nick
