Hello, I just had a quick question about tickets/reservations: I recently got a membership pass from a local museum to visit the garden, but I went onto the BBG website and it said that I needed to purchase tickets and make a reservation to visit the garden? I'm just a tad confused on how I should proceed, and wondered if anyone else has been in this situation, and how you handled it.

We are specifically members of the gardens and just had to select the day, time and entrance (there are 4 entrances) and if available we just went at that time straight in. I don't know how being a member of the local museum works. They do share the same parking lot BTW the museum and the gardens. We do not purchase tickets just download them from the site as members. Your invite is just that. You maybe responsible for tickets cost not being a direct member of the gardens. I would call the gardens and inquire.
If anyone has gone recently, kindly tell me if it makes a difference as to which entrance you use. I'm driving so it doesn't really matter which is closest to subway :) Thanks!

There is no difference in the three entrances to the Gardens. It just depends on what direction you are coming in. When you order the tickets online for what time you will be coming to the park, they will assign the time with the entrance you will be coming in on.
