I was unsure which tour to take - La Parguera or Fajardo. Fajardo is closer to San Juan but you stay on your kayak. La Parguera allows you to swim in the bioluminescence water. That is the magic. …Full review by Kato1Angel

Hi, Lisa. What would you like to know about this attraction? I can't seem to get in contact with the Tour company to confirm booking. Already paid $800+ and when I call it goes straight to voicemail and when I email and leave texts messages....no response. Worried.

It depends on how much you aren't sure of in terms of tight spaces. Robert is amazing in terms of customizing your tour based on your needs as long as you let him know up front! Some of the caves require you to crawl on your hands and knees, there is one where you drop down and have to lay on your stomach and army crawl and one part where you have to squeeze sideways through a part. Most of the big chambers are very open and you get a good bit of time to rest. Just let him know what your needs are and you'll be good to go! Enjoy! :)
Hello I was wondering if you can request a specific guide? I was also wondering if this includes underground rivers and water fall?. Do you need to know how to swim?

Hey! The only your guide you want in Puerto Rico is Robert and since he owns Caveland you don't have to worry about not getting him, he's dedicated enough to do all his own tours. You do not need to swim for his tours and he's very in tuned to his guests. Though he's great at making it an exciting adventure he would never push you beyond your comfort zone if you didn't wish to. He IS the best and sets the bar very high for caving your greatness in PR! Have fun and say hi to him for me!!:)
