It was so easy and relaxed. We saw dolphins, seals, lots of birds. A really different experience .. we loved it. Learned about the history and the land _ well worth your time. Full review by Kay C

It would depend on the weather but the boat is flat and you stay pretty close to the coast line the whole time. I think you would be fine.
