Dave and Busters can differ by location in how the games are set up, what they are and how busy they may be. It would not hurt to call ahead and make a reservation because some groups may reserve a room for all day meaning you will never get your own space. If you want a room for a party or meeting, always call ahead to find out what the rules are for the location you are going to. If they allow reservations, make them and always try to make them for longer than you think (for instance reserve a full day instead of a half day. They may even allow you to create a fixed menu for drinks and food so that your guests can eat from what you want to pay for or you can let everyone go ala carte. I would not wait too long to do this and would not take a chance, all it takes to make a reservation are just a few minutes of your time.
