We stayed fir 14 days and booked most of our lodging, tours and transportation via the website’s customizable feature. Hi, we are planning to take Princess Cruise (Southbound) from Anchorage to Vancouver. Would like to spend days in Anchorage sightseeing before boarding. How many days do you suggest? What itinerary do you suggest? THanks

We spent three days in Anchorage and it was perfect. We spent one day heading to Denali on a bus, came back the next day on the train, it was a long day of travel but neat experience.
Did you have a car? I've never traveled without, but it seems I wouldn't need one on the tour I'm looking at. Except, I'm wondering how you manage luggage without a car-- For example--Can you bring your luggage with on the train when you leave Denali and head to anchorage? Also, any hotels or particular excursions that you'd recommend ? Thanks:) Jamie

Don't need it for the excursions as it is inclusive. they take care of everything. I used a carry on for the trip.
